Bust: With arms relaxed at your sides, measure around the fullest part of your bust
Chest: Put tape measure under your arms and measure around the widest or fullest part of your chest.
Waist: Measure around your natural waistline.
Hip: Place the tape measure around the body at the fullest part of the seat while standing.
Inseam:-Measure from base of crotch to the top of shoes to be worn to or use a pair of pants that fit you well and measure from the crotch to bottom of the leg or cuff.
Outer Seam: Measure from waist to the bottom of the ankle or where you want the hem of your pants to end.
Sleeve: With arm relaxed at your side and slightly bent, measure from the center back of the neck over point of shoulder down the outside of your arm to your wrist.
