Payment

We accept most major credit cards. We accept cashier's check or money orders. Do not send cash.

Privacy and Security

We protect our client’s information. We do not rent, sell or trade any client addresses or other information. We use a secure credit card processing company.

When will your order ship?

We do not stock fabric for custom bedding and window treatments as all products are custom made to order. Delivery is 4-6 weeks from the date fabric is received.

Sleepwear products are semi-custom made to order and proudly made in the United States.  Production time for sleepwear is approximately 4-6 weeks after the order is taken and payment is received.

All of our products are custom order or semi-custom and uniquely designed. Occasionally our source materials may require a longer production lead time. We will make every effort to let you know when there is a delay or a source material is no longer available. 

Fabrication Only Services

We do offer workroom services for clients that want to supply their own materials and measurements for window treatments and bedding.

Custom Sleepwear

We do make custom sleepwear for an additional cost.

Delivery and Contact Information

The Linen Chest will ship anywhere in the United States. There are several delivery options available. Please visit our website, e-mail or call us for pricing, delivery information and shipping charges.

If you would like to request a consultation for custom bedding and window treatments with one of our designers, please complete our  form on our website.  Consultations can also be arranged by visting, or phoning our design studio, or e-mailing us. Evening and weekend appointments are available.

Standard Shipping

We ship all orders UPS Ground. Shipping, handling and insurance costs for sleepwear products delivered within the U.S. are usually $20-$30, depending on the price. 

Items can be shipped Special Delivery for an additional charge.

International Shipping.  

At this time we are not set up to ship to International locations. Please visit the website for updates.

Sales Tax

Orders shipped within Illinois are subject to a 6.50 % sales tax. 

Installation

If you require installation services for custom window treatments and are located in the Chicago, Southern Wisconsin and Northern Indiana area, we have a network of qualified installers to assist you. We would be happy to arrange an appointment for you.

Returns and Exchanges

Bedding and window treatments are custom made, and therefore not returnable unless there is a defect in workmanship or fabric. Our products are inspected for defects in the fabric and workmanship before being delivered to our clients. However, should there be a defect in workmanship, we will accept returns for such defects, and make the appropriate repairs. No refund is available for defects in materials that you supply The Linen Chest for fabrication services.   

Sleepwear products are semi-custom made to order (pants length and sleeve length) and are not returnable unless there is a mistake on our part for wrong size or color. Items that are worn are not returnable.

Please contact us within 15 days of the delivery date of your purchase and we will work with you to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
